Shield Prep (Ceramic Coating Prep)

Shield Prep increases the integrity of the molecular bond that occurs when applying Jax Wax Shield Ceramic Coating. 

One of the most important steps in correctly applying Shield Ceramic Coating is making sure the paint is in "like new" condition. 

• If the vehicle needs paint correction to remove swirls, scratches, and other imperfections this must be done prior to the applications of Sheild Prep and Sheild Cermaic Coating. 
• 1) Wash the entire vehicle using Jax Wax Cannon Soap or Wash and Wax. 
• 2) Use a clay bar to remove any contamination that is in the paint. 
• 3.) Spray Shield Prep on one panel at a time. 
• 4) Wipe off Shield Prep with a clean microfiber towel until completely dry.
